Please read these terms carefully. They apply to all bookings and services with Navigator Vietnam.
Last updated: 1 July 2026. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before your trip start date, as stated in your booking confirmation. Prices are quoted per person and may vary with group size, season and custom requests.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and are set out in your booking confirmation. We will always try to accommodate date changes where possible. Some third-party costs may be non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, trip cancellation and adventure activities. Travelers join tours at their own risk.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary needs or mobility requirements before travel. Guides may adjust or stop activities for safety reasons, including weather and local conditions.
Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas and any required vaccinations. Navigator Vietnam is not liable for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
