1. Booking, Payments & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once Navigator Vietnam has issued written confirmation and received the required deposit. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is due upon booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.

Bookings made within 30 days require full payment at the time of booking. Prices are based on current exchange rates, supplier costs, and taxes, and may be adjusted before final payment. Once fully paid, prices are guaranteed except for statutory increases such as taxes or levies.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Navigator Vietnam. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit (50%)

  • 31–60 days before departure: 75% non-refundable

  • 30 days or fewer / no-show: 100% non-refundable

No refunds are given for unused services or voluntary changes. Refunds depend on supplier approval. Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical costs, and other unforeseen events is strongly recommended.

3. Amendments & Changes

Client-requested changes will be accommodated where possible but may incur additional costs. Navigator Vietnam reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or suppliers due to operational or safety reasons.

In such cases, clients may accept the change, receive an alternative, or cancel for a refund of unused services.

4. Force Majeure & Cancellation by Us

Navigator Vietnam is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g. weather, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics). Refunds will be limited to recoverable costs from suppliers. Additional expenses remain the client’s responsibility.

5. Travel Documents, Visas, Health & Participation

Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and vaccinations. Navigator Vietnam is not liable for denied entry or missed travel due to incomplete documentation.

Clients must ensure they are medically fit for travel and comply with local laws. The company reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

6. Third-Party Suppliers & Independent Services

Many services are provided by independent suppliers over whom Navigator Vietnam has limited control. Their own terms and conditions apply.

The company acts as an agent or principal as specified in your booking, and liability is limited accordingly.

7. Liability & Limitation of Liability

Travel involves inherent risks. Except in cases of proven negligence, Navigator Vietnam is not liable for injury, illness, death, or loss.

We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed connections or personal disappointment. Liability exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy, Data Protection & Cookies

Navigator Vietnam collects and processes personal data for booking and operational purposes. By booking, clients consent to data use as described in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with data protection laws and only use cookies with user consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All website and marketing content belongs to Navigator Vietnam or its licensors. Clients may not reproduce or modify any content without written permission.

10. Promotional Codes, Vouchers & Special Offers

Special offers or vouchers are subject to their own terms. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Vietnamese courts.

Navigator Vietnam encourages informal resolution of issues before escalation.

12. Severability, Entire Agreement & Amendments

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain effective.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Navigator Vietnam and the client. Navigator Vietnam reserves the right to revise these Terms, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
